    When households approve, chat opens. Plan a viewing, then ask your landlords for written consent.

Who is HomeVeya Exchange for?

Our UK-first launch is for council and housing association tenants whose tenancy allows mutual exchange.

What happens to my pre-listing?

Your details become a draft listing. At launch, sign in to the app with the same email, check your draft and publish when you’re ready. Nothing goes live without you.

Do I still need my landlord’s approval?

Yes. HomeVeya Exchange helps you find a suitable swap. Each landlord’s written approval is still part of every exchange.

What is a Trio swap?

Three households form a circle and each moves into another household’s home. All three approve before the group chat opens.

Do I need to pay to swap?

No. Listing your home, matching and chatting once you've matched are free. Plus and Premium add more daily likes and let you message owners from Explore before matching, and Premium unlocks the whole app.

Is my address shown publicly?

No. Other members see your area and postcode district — never your full address.
